A total of fifty-one (51) prizes will be awarded in the Baby Ruth Instant Win Game, as follows:
1 Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of the opportunity for the Grand Prize winner and three (3) guests to attend a pre-game on-field experience prior to the 7/3/2024 New York Yankees home game. Prize details to be determined as Sponsor’s sole discretion, and to be provided at time of prize being awarded; and four (4) tickets for winner and guests to the 7/3/2024 game. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $1,071.32.
The “On-Field Experience” shall consist of the Grand Prize winner and three (3) guests (collectively, the “Visitors”) to watch the New York Yankees batting practice prior to the 7/3/2024 game from a New York Yankees Partnership-designated field area.
50 Instant Win Prizes: Each Instant Win Prize is two (2) main level tickets – to be used by Instant Win Prize winner and one (1) guest – to attend the New York Yankees home game scheduled to occur on July 3, 2024. A total of fifty (50) Instant Win Prizes will be awarded in the Promotion. The ARV of each Instant Win Prize is $100.
